 Augusta Technical College Appoints New Board Members Augusta, GA–Augusta Technical College is pleased to announce the appointment of Ms. Amanda Marsh-Amato and Mr. Foy Meyer to its Board of Directors. Ms. Marsh-Amato currently serves as the business unit manager for utility tractor assembly at John Deere. Ms. Marsh has served in multiple capacities with John Deere since 2008. Earning her bachelor’s degree in manufacturing engineering from Western Illinois University, she is an active member of the Society of Women Engineering and the National Association of Women in Operations. Mr. Meyer currently serves as the General Counsel, Director of Business Ethics and Internal Investigations, and Corporate Secretary at Savannah River Remediation L.L.C. Mr. Meyer has held various experiences in business & human resource management and law (Labor & Employment Law) with a variety of organizations over a 17-year period. Uniquely, he also has international experiences working in London, England, Brussels, Belgium, and Dandong, China. Mr. Meyer earned a bachelor’s degree from Hardin-Simmons University, juris doctorate from Tulane University School of Law, and Master of Business Administration degree from Oklahoma State University.
