Dr. Jermaine Whirl and Brigadier General Mark Miles shaking hands.Augusta Technical College President Dr. Jermaine Whirl and Brig. Gen. We appreciate the leadership of Fort Eisenhower in entrusting us with this incredible opportunity to support their active-duty soldiers, and the dependents of our military community," stated College President Dr. Jermaine Whirl.
